For The Reneabouquets Design Team, Charm Is The True Gift Of The Fairies

To make this page, I stenciled Prima Platinum Texture Paste with a small spatula onto watercolor paper.

 I taped on a layer of watercolor paper underneath the image to help it to lie flat. I added a layer of corrugated cardboard and a watercolor paper mat. I took a piece of corrugated cardboard,ripped some of the paper off, and brushed on white gesso.I sprinkled Ultra Thick Embossing Powder onto the wet gesso and melted it with a heat gun.

I arranged the Beautiful Board,and other items around the page. I brushed on Shimmerz and Lindy's Stamp Gang Paints, and glued on more beads,using Glossy Accents. Anytime I glued items on I sprinkled on Gawdie Girl Diamond Shard German Glitter Glass on top of the glue. I rubbed on gold and pearl mica powder in different areas.






To add visual interest I added micro beads,seed beads,gold leaf, sisal, glass glitter,glitter glue, crystals,glass beads,tulle, metal and bling both from Reneabouquets, and from my stash.I used glossy accents and double sided foam tape to adhere items to the page.

"Best Day Ever" by Design Team Artist Diane McClosky

BEST DAY EVER

My step-son and his beautiful bride were married last June in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony.  I have created a layout to commemorate their special day utilizing 49 and Market's new "One Perfect Day" Collection.    

  It is one of the prettiest collections that I have worked with and Reneabouquets stunning products brought it all together.  

The first step was to heat emboss the quilling pattern chipboard and the sweetheart key chipboard using a bright white.  I then layered background paper, added a frame and raised the picture for height and visual appeal.  Next was to add the embossed chipboard and build up the layers with the bits and pieces of the collection.  Final step is adding an array of the beautiful flowers from Reneabouquets as well as rubons from the collection.

My plan is to give this to them as a gift for their first wedding anniversary.

Love is in the air...everywhere I look around.

Time for Spring Home Decor by Design Team Artist Diane McClosky

 TIME FOR SPRING HOME DECOR

I have been on a spree of crafting home decor pieces that bring a touch of whimsy to my home.  Today's project is another beauty that I am excited to share!  I have the perfect spot picked out to hang this plaque.

To start, I selected an oval wood plaque that I found at the Dollar Store and covered it with patterned paper from the Scrap Boys Shabby Pack which adds a vintage flair to the overall design.

Building upon that foundation, I incorporated a Prima Grungy Frames Mould that I created using Amazing Casting Resin Kit.   After allowing it to cure, I painted it in pearl white, creating a soft, elegant contrast against the patterned background.

Staying true to my style, I layered with bits and pieces from Scrapboys enhancing the texture and visual appeal.  I then adorned the piece with an array of gorgeous flowers from Reneabouquets.  Each one embellished with shimmering microbeads in soft pearl and pale pink along with a sprinkling of colored and glass beads. 

To add a final touch of whimsy, I incorporated a delicate butterfly from the Mirabelle collection.  I also added a few swirled chipboard accents, which I heat embossed in white adding an ethereal quality to the overall composition.

For The Reneabouquets Design Team, Easter Is A Time Of Hope

                                   I love the adorable Printed Beautiful Board Tiny Baby Chicks In Blue Shoe Laser Cut                                         Chipboard!                               




To make this card I used watercolor paper, the finished size is 4 x 8". I stenciled on Prima Texture Crackle Paste on with a small metal spatula.

 I taped 3 layers of corrugated cardboard underneath the Printed Beautiful Board to to give it more dimension.

I arranged the other items around,then brushed on Shimmerz Paints, and glued on more beads,using Glossy Accents. Anytime I glued items on I sprinkled on Gawdie Girl Diamond Shard German Glitter Glass on top of the glue. I rubbed on gold,white,yellow, and blue  mica powder in different areas.




To add visual interest I added micro beads,seed beads, glass glitter, crystals,glass beads,tulle,ribbon, metal and bling from Reneabouquets, and some bling from my stash.I used glossy accents and double sided foam tape to adhere items to the page.

"Beautiful Moments" Altered Butterfly

Beautiful Moments Altered Butterfly





The base of this project was a wooden butterfly that I covered with patterned paper and some Doily Lace 2-1/4" wide in white and outlined with bling.  The center of the butterfly features a Beautiful Box Small Round Shaker Box DIY Kit Laser Cut Chipboard piece which is filled with some Beautiful Beads Designer Glass Moonstone and some small blue beads.  A Beautiful Board Small Victorian Scroll Frame tops to shaker box along with a White Pearl And Rhinestone Button and some Beautiful Beads Candy Choose Color Flatback Pearls in Light Blue.  On the top left i added a spray of mulberry flowers topped with a Tiny Treasures Sweet Dreams Cornflower Blue Premium Paper Butterfly.  The flowers were dusted with some Gawdie Girl German Glitter Glass.  A White Rabbit in Wonderland Silver Pocket Watch was added on the left side.  On the right side wording was added.  Some Reneabouquets Trim - Drop Leaf Lace was added to the bottom of the butterfly along with some butterfly charms.  The star of the piece is the Printed Beautiful Board Small White Rabbit Laser Cut Chipboard.

To make this page,I brushed on clear gesso onto 49 and Market Paper, I put Prima Platinum crackle paste on with a stencil and a small spatula.
