Hi there fans of ReneaBouquets! Brandy here to share a super cute and easy little mini album made from some cards and envelopes. I'd have to say the the best part about this little gem is the cover. Nearly the entire cover is adorned with a rectangle shaker box!
To go with the cute papers, I chose a little girl theme and used the "Happy Little Girl" Beautiful words. I heat embossed it as well as the rest of the Beautiful Board Bits and pieces with a soft pink powder.
To fill the Beautiful Board Shaker Box, I used various coordinating colors of Micro Beads, Beautiful Beads, Glass Heart Beads, some sequins and a few of the embossed B Board Bits.
Along with a few varieties of peach and pink mulberry flowers, I added a pink flower that I made from fabric. To finish the look, I tied some cute ribbon and string to the spine.
This is how the base of the project works... I used a scored piece of cardstock, cut to the height of my envelopes to be the spine. Tuck a folded card base I used two) into each envelope to create pull out pages.
Now choose your papers and start adhering them in. Depending on how wide you made your spine, you may want to think about keeping your embellishing to a minimum. Beautiful Board Chipboard is a great way to give lots of texture and dimension without too much bulk.
Of course the possibilities are endless with this kind of mini album. Change your size or color of envelopes...even make your own.
Absolutely any occasion would work!
