Altered Paint Brushes

For some friend's December birthdays I decided to make them each an altered paint brushes.  I really enjoy making these.  I painted the handles on all the brushes and used a frame as the focal point of each brush.  The frames were filled with images and printed beautiful board ladies were added to each frame.  Laces were added to the handles and at the bottom of the brushes along with some dangling pearls.  Lace and ribbon bows were added to the tops of the brushes along with a brooch.  Lots of mulberry roses were added to the handles.  Each was finished off with a  butterfly or dragonfly.
