Mixed Media DIY Home Decor Mini Window Shutter

I found this mini window shutter at Joanns Craft store and thought it would be super cute to decorate. It was simply black in design, and had a large decorative hook. I removed the hook to save for another project and using a new paper release by Prima Marketing, called "Lavender",  I used a paper to wood transfer technique vs. just gluing the paper directly on top of the piece, because, in doing the transfer method, it lends a finished result that looks as if the paper has faded into the wood. This finished piece of Home Décor can be hung up or displayed in an easel.  I was privileged to use some beautiful Reneabouquets product such as Glitter Glass, Tiny Treasures Butterflies, Magical Miniatures Butterflies and the luscious Beautiful Board Product! The items used in this project will be below the pictures with direct links to each of them. I will include the You Tube video which features the entire project in a start to finish format plus the tutorial on how to do a Paper to Wood Transfer! There will be a link below the photos a well! Thanks for stopping by!
