Happy October friends! Fall creations are in full swing at ReneaBouquets and I am lovin' it! I'm here today to share a couple of Autumn cards that would be perfect for any time of the year, really.
The RB October Swap is to trade a Shaker Card with your partner! I created the one pictured below, but while trying to decide just what to use on it, I realized I had all the goodies I needed to make another bonus card. Tip of the day: if you can't decide what products to use on your card, make two! :D
My initial inspiration for the card was the gorgeous Romance And Roses Peach Rose Tuck Ins and the Hummingbird Diecuts....what a pretty color scheme! I applied three coats (at least) of embossing powder to that Thankful wood word piece and love how it stands out.
My shaker box is filled with Chunky Rust Glitter Glass, Fern Green Microbeads, and Moonstone Beautiful Beads- and I couldn't resist adding one of the Peach Rose Tuck Ins.
The second card features that pretty little Sweet Garden Butterfly Fairy. I used lots of Small Ivy Pattern Beautiful Board and some Ivory Pleated Tulle Trim to soften the background paper and love how it stands out. She definitely seems to be looking ahead for those better days to come. :)
