Alice in Wonderland Altered Tin

For this project I used two Altoid-sized tins. I used only the larger bottom pieces to have more room for embellishments in the tin. I covered the outside of both tines with Alice paper that I purchased from Etsy, some lace and pearls. A latch was added on one side and hinges on the other to connect the two tins. I then added more decorative paper to the inside of the tin around the edges and in the back. Then it was time to add all the wonderful Reneabouquet printed Beautiful Board pieces - Alice, Mad Hatter and the White Rabbit. Flowers, butterflies, a watch, bird cage and bottle filled up the tin. On the front of the tin I used a round Reneabouquets shaker box with a frame and added half back pearls, a butterfly, ribbons, and the rabbit. The shaker was filled with lots of Reneabouquets Beautiful Bits, glass hearts, and glitter glass along with sequins. The quote “If you believe in me, I’ll believe in you.” - a quote from Alice in Wonderland - were added to the inside of the shaker.
