This year, I have vowed to create more in the colors that I love, and to surround myself with the things I love. My favorite colors are teals and browns and when I saw the gorgeous papers from Art Alchemy that features those colors, I knew I had to have them.
The first thing that inspired me was this sweet, little woodland fox from the fussy cut pieces included with the set. I love the rustic and country chic style. It reminds me of home and I knew this image would be perfect with some of the inspired by nature, chipboard pieces hat I have created.
I started with a 8 1/2 Inches Tall x 4 Inches Wide tag base that I cut from the papers.
I colored one of the Beautiful Board Tree Of Life ATCs using multiple layer of Tim Holtz Distress Ink and Distress Markers.
I added a piece of burlap ribbon to the frame for texture and then glued on Beautiful Beads Mix By The Sea for even more depth and texture.
I fussy cut the little fox from the cut out sheet, and added him to the corner of the frame.
Next, I took one of the
Beautiful Board Small Evergreen Corners from the set, and I first inked the needles with Tim
Holtz Iced Spruce Ink, painted on some Ranger Embossing Ink and then heat embossed the leaves. For the pinecone section, I inked the pinecone with Tim Holtz Rusty Hinge and Vintage Photo Distress Inks and then painted on some glue randomly and sprinkled it with Fine Cocoa Shimmer German Glitter Glass.

The leaves were fussy cut from the sheet included with the papers, and then I took some

I repeated this at the top of the frame to cover the little hang hole of the ATC.
I did do over inking of the papers to add shadow around my pieces with Tim Holtz Vintage Photo Distress Ink. This gives amazing depth to your projects.
I did not take a photo, but I added cut pieces of the burlap ribbon to the bottom and set metal eyelets in it.
The bow and hang ribbons were made from seam binding that I sprayed with Tim Holtz Peacock, and Rusty Hinge Distress Sprays, and then added a little, sleeping fox from the
Woodland Animals Trinkets Pack.
The backside was created out of matching paper, and then I cut one of the scenes from the fussy cut sheet and created a pocket from it. Over inking the image for depth and adding burlap to the bottom for texture.
I created some tag pieces from the cut out sheet and from another piece of paper that I had from another paper collection to create beautiful spots for journaling or small photos.
I really enjoyed creating in my favorite colors and in my favorite style, and I hope you have enjoyed this project as well. I will be heading to some local parks this week to enjoy some of the Fall Color we have here and I hope you get a chance to enjoy some yourself. Hugs ~ Renea
