ReneaBouquets DT Spring Tag- Mother and Son With Brandy


Though I'm still waiting for a true feeling of Springtime,
it's so easy to enjoy some Spring Crafting! 
Hello crafty friends of ReneaBouquets, Brandy here to share a gorgeous Spring tag featuring the Mother with a Child Printed Beautiful Board. There are so many beautiful colors in it, I was able to have lots of fun coordinating!


I love to do it....gather lots of goodies. Maybe I'll use them, maybe I won't. 



Playing around a bit led me to this... I like it!




I cut the trim overlap from each side, and added just a little more glue to the edges.




After popping the pearls off with a sharp pair of dikes,  the two pieces of trim came apart giving me a chance to layer the butterfly trim!




Layer, after layer, I hot glued down Beautiful Board, cardstock, Printed Beautiful Board.




I don't need the wires on the leaves this time, so I can tear them right off. 



Next is flowers! Lot's of little flowers :D So Spring pretty.



Think I'll put that upper butterfly appliqué from the trim here... and add a couple Butterfly Kisses. Next, I applied a little wet glue in a few accent spots and added Glass Beautiful Beads and a dash of Fine glitter Glass before letting it dry. As it did, I choose a mini title...from a few leftover paper collection scraps.  I think she looks like she could be singing, right? ;)




It looks like it was kissed with sugar!


Dreamy perfection on one little tag? Maybe.

ReneaBouquets DT Project Queen Bee Trinket Box with Brandy





Hi guys and gals! Brandy here to share my latest Design Team project with you...
it's an Altered Trinket Box featuring one of Renea's gorgeous Glass Wing Queen Bees!




It's always fun up-cycle and re-purpose items if we can right?

I used a perfectly cute and sturdy kraft colored drawer box too create a one of a kind, beautiful little place to stash some of your favorite goodies, adorned with lot's of RB products!

ReneaBouquets DT Project- Mini Scrapbook with Brandy




Hello ReneaBouquets fans! DT Brandy here to share my Mini Album project!


This month we are all about adding Beautiful Touches to your DIY projects with Reneabouquets Trinkets!! I used several trinkets to adorn this pretty little keepsake.

ReneaBouquets DT --April in Paris Handmade Cards with Brandy



Hi there! Brandy here to share a couple of handmade greetings cards I created featuring a couple of lovely little ladies from the April in Paris Beautiful Board theme! 




They are sure to brighten anyone's day. They just happen to coordinate beautifully with the New Bloom Paper Collection from G45...which is also available at ReneaBouquets!






 One more thing...I can't help but cheer for these little butterflies. The Magical Miniatures and Butterfly Kisses are perfect way to adorn your small projects! I love having them in my stash. :)

Two Cards,One With a Shaker Box


Here are two new cards for Reneabouquets, I love using the amazing products I find there!













To make this card I first put the layers under the Steampunk Debutante image together: I taped on cardstock to the image to make it stronger, underneath is watercolor paper, at the bottom is corrugated cardboard. I tore off most of the paper from the corrugated, and painted it with gesso. I put layers of foam core board between everything, to add dimension.
I marked off where I wanted the layers to go, then sponged on gesso on Prima Paper, an A4 piece of Timeless Memories. I glued on lace, then applied texture paste with a stencil.
I used different media to get the colors I wanted: Shimmerz Paints, Art Alchemy Sparks, gold mica powder, Derwent Inktense Watercolor pencil in Bark, and black gesso.
To add visual interest I added a micro beads, glass glitter, mica flakes,glass beads, tiny pieces of black tulle, gold lace, a few strands of gauze, a butterfly,a flower from my stash, and a 7 Gypsies pin with silk ribbon.





To make this card I assembled the shaker box, painted it with Prima Dragon's Eye Sparks Paint, then painted the frame. I use gold mica powder and water for the shells, and Shimmerz paints for the rest. I dribbled on Clear Rock Candy Crackle with a paint brush. I glued the frame onto the box. I marked off the page where I wanted it to sit, and sponged gesso on the paper. I attached the box to the page with double sided foam tape.



I used the same items on this card as the other one, with the addition of pressed flowers, lichen, swarovski crystals, and a pearl necklace with some chain from my stash. The brass moon on the shaker box is from Vintaj. Inside the shaker box I put sequins, glass glitter, glass beads, pearls, shells, mica flakes,rhinestones, Swarovski bicone crystals, seed beads, green plastic crystals,and micro beads.
