Honey Bee Card Duo by cherry Nelson

Hi there fellow Renea Bouquets fans!  Cherry here today to share a couple of bumblebee cards.  I love bee themes...love the mix of yellow and black.  I also love honey so maybe that has something to do with my bee fascination.  I started off with 110 lb cardstock and decided on my pattern papers and adhered.

I embossed my chipboard with gold embossing powder and on my first card on the left I colored my bees with markers and than inked them a bit to age them.  I than put foam in between my layers for dimension and added moonstones to the centers in varying sizes.  I did some hand stamping as well using some fun bee stamps with puns that fit my theme.

I was having so much fun I added to the insides as well.  Great way to use up your scraps. The fun part was adding all the layers and dimension.  Using the ATC chipboard pieces from the store. From there I added ribbons, roses, and those gorgeous bee/clock charms.

Each one complements the other but are both quite different.  Well that is it for me. Sad to say this is it for my Guest gig.  I really enjoyed it.  Thanks to Renea and her gang.  The full list of supplies is below.
XOXO, Cherry
