Christmas pendant wall hanging by Cherry Nelson

Hello my friends!  I hope your Christmas was full of health, happiness, and time spent with your loved ones.  It is Cherry here today on the Reneabouquet's blog to share some more Christmas cheer!   I could create for it all year long, maybe I will!  I created this cute pendant with layered chipboard banner pieces covered in pattern papers.  I used a Reneabouquet shaker box as my main focal point and filled it with shaker goodies along with snowflakes from the store. I colored my snowflakes with my Spectrum Noir red markers.

I added my adorable reindeer beautiful board on top.  I love how it looks like he is prancing right on top of my shaker box.

I also wanted something dangling to my bottom v so I added a fun trinket charm from the store. As always I hope you  have enjoyed this project!  Stay healthy and creative friends!

XOXO,

Cherry

Tessie's Garden - A Loaded Frame

Hello everyone! Jenn here today sharing my first project as an official member of the Reneabouquets Design Team!
I was inspired by the beautiful April Moodboard colors for this one. Click on the image below to join us for a chance to win some Reneabouquets yummies for yourself!
No photo description available.

Beautiful Board Loaded Card, Tag or Frame Chipboard Kit

I have also used the following Reneabouquets products:

First I added papers to the chipboard pieces on front and back.
I edged all of the pieces of paper and chipboard using Distress ink in Dusty Concord. Next, I assembled the kit. I added glue and dark purple chunky glitter glass to the pocket edges.

The back frame can have a favorite photo added.

Next I created my elements to put in the pocket which includes a small folio, bookmark, and a tag with a small chipboard element to tuck a photo or gift card into.

Just look at the close up of the beautifully crafted Reneabouquets flowers!

For a bit more glam I added a light brushing of pearlizing medium to my flowers.

Mini Purse Desk Organizer

Hello everyone and thanks so much for visiting my post today! I am sharing my second project as a Guest Designer for Reneabouquets. This is one of her fabulous laser cut chipboard mini purses! I have created a fun piece that can be displayed on a desk or dresser that holds a mini journal, pen, tag album, and journaling cards which were all handmade to match!

These purses are so fun to create with and very easy to assemble!
I have used Graphic 45 Vintage Hollywood papers. They coordinate so well with the beautiful flowers and Printed Beautiful Board 20's figure from Reneabouquets.
A handmade mini journal, pen, tag album. and journaling cards fill the inside of this adorable purse!
On the back, I added a pocket to put even more fun things in.

Two Cards,One With a Shaker Box

Here are two new cards for Reneabouquets, I love using the amazing products I find there!

To make this card I first put the layers under the Steampunk Debutante image together: I taped on cardstock to the image to make it stronger, underneath is watercolor paper, at the bottom is corrugated cardboard. I tore off most of the paper from the corrugated, and painted it with gesso. I put layers of foam core board between everything, to add dimension.
I marked off where I wanted the layers to go, then sponged on gesso on Prima Paper, an A4 piece of Timeless Memories. I glued on lace, then applied texture paste with a stencil.
I used different media to get the colors I wanted: Shimmerz Paints, Art Alchemy Sparks, gold mica powder, Derwent Inktense Watercolor pencil in Bark, and black gesso.
To add visual interest I added a micro beads, glass glitter, mica flakes, glass beads, tiny pieces of black tulle, gold lace, a few strands of gauze, a butterfly,a flower from my stash, and a 7 Gypsies pin with silk ribbon.

To make this card I assembled the shaker box, painted it with Prima Dragon's Eye Sparks Paint, then painted the frame. I use gold mica powder and water for the shells, and Shimmerz paints for the rest. I dribbled on Clear Rock Candy Crackle with a paint brush. I glued the frame onto the box. I marked off the page where I wanted it to sit, and sponged gesso on the paper. I attached the box to the page with double sided foam tape.

I used the same items on this card as the other one, with the addition of pressed flowers, lichen, swarovski crystals, and a pearl necklace with some chain from my stash. The brass moon on the shaker box is from Vintaj. Inside the shaker box I put sequins, glass glitter, glass beads, pearls, shells, mica flakes, rhinestones, Swarovski bicone crystals, seed beads, green plastic crystals, and micro beads.
Thank you so much for looking, and have a great week!

Reneabouquets 3D Garden Party Wheelbarrow Gate Card - By DT Tina Goodwin

Hello friends! It's a gorgeous day here in Alaska. The trees are green and the flowers are in bloom. It's amazing to watch the transformation that happens between winter and spring. I have learned to cherish all of the color and the sun.

I was able to create a gorgeous garden themed card with the new Beautiful Board 3D Garden Party Wheelbarrow Gate Do It Yourself Chipboard Kit

I am completely in love with this wheelbarrow! Renea really out did herself when creating this piece. There are so many tiny details. Its a very elegant piece of art work.

I added color to the wheelbarrow using Tim Holtz distress inks. Renea has a large selection of distress inks if you are looking to purchase some. They are my favorite medium for adding color to the beautiful board pieces. They blend nicely.

I recorded a video showing the process that I use with the distress inks, but the video recorded sideways! Unfortunately, I am not very tech savvy and do not know how or even if you can fix that. Sigh...I am chalking that one up to videoing experience. Being that I am so new to recording videos.

I used some of the mulberry roses from Reneabouquets to create the flower arrangement.

Once I had everything in place, I sprinkled dry embossing powder over the entire project and used my heat tool to set.
